We’ll discuss the platforms your customers use and confirm which ones are included before starting. The packages set the number of platforms; they don’t list specific networks.
Do I need to provide photos or content?
Your business details, photos and ideas can help us prepare relevant posts. We’ll agree what you can supply and what we’ll create before starting. Photography and video production aren’t listed as package inclusions.
Can I approve posts before they're published?
Let us know how you’d like to review content. We’ll discuss an approval process and any revision arrangements before starting.
How often will you post?
Each published package includes 3 posts per week. We’ll confirm the schedule and the selected package’s platform coverage with you.
Can I change packages later?
If your needs change, get in touch. We’ll discuss the options, any price difference and when a change could take effect before proceeding.
Do you respond to comments and messages?
The packages include an auto-reply to DMs, while you manage comments. This is not ongoing personal management of conversations. We’ll clarify the setup and any additional help you need before starting.
